Holiday Lighting FAQs
When do you start installs?
We begin as early as October and continue through mid December. Early booking secures your preferred dates.
Do you provide the lights?
Yes. We supply professional-grade LEDs, clips, and timers designed for clean lines and reliable performance. We also label and store your setup for next year.
Can you use lights I already own?
To ensure safety, uniform brightness, and warranty support, we recommend our commercial-grade materials. We’re happy to evaluate special items (e.g., a favorite wreath) case-by-case.
What if a bulb goes out?
In-season maintenance is included. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of it promptly.
When do you take the lights down?
Removals typically start right after New Year’s and continue through January, weather permitting.
Are you insured?
Yes—our crews are fully insured and trained for ladder and roof safety.
